$30 charge per extra person, per night.
2 extra adults/children can only be accommodated in the Mary Cassatt Suite, when the sleeping porch is open. One child (13-18) can be added in the John Singer Sargent Room and Mary Cassatt room. Please note the Benson and Hale rooms cannot accomodate a third person.
Juniper Hill's bedrooms are all freshly renovated preserving the original layout and detailing of the mansion. The rooms feature hardwood floors, oriental carpets, rich fabrics, historic colors, turn of the century decor and original period art. Each has king or queen sized beds dressed in fine linens and private baths with spa inspired amenities. All bathrooms have large windows, heated marble mosaic floors, subway/marble/glass tiles, and polished nickel fixtures reflecting the period.
 There is a 2 night minimum for weekends (Friday/Saturday) May 15th - November 7th at Juniper Hill. Please check for one nighters, as they are often available.
There is a three night minimum stay for Cornell University's graduation and the Grassroots Festival. For Ithaca College a two night minimum is required. We only take bookings two years in advance for College Graduations. Reservations are taken 2 years in advance on June 1st. Ex. 2012 reservations are accepted June 1st, 2010, 2013 reservations will be accepted starting June 1st 2011 etc. Reservations are accepted first come first serve. We suggest you book online for accuracy. Phone reservation hours are 9am until 9pm, 7 days a week.
A credit card or cash/check deposit is required to reserve a room. Prepayment of 50% of total or cost of one night's stay, whichever is greater, will confirm your reservation. If reserving less then two weeks before arrival full payment is required. Full payment is also required 60 days before Cornell/Ithaca graduation weekends and Grassroots Festival. Otherwise your reservation balance is collected upon arrival and check-in.
Juniper Hill gift certificates, now available, in any denomination.
No expiration dates, and if you give one for a specific room and its price, (plus taxes) no matter how much the room rate should ever go up, the certificate will always completely pay for the room. Mailed to you or directly to the recipient, with your personal wishes.
