Juniper Hill's bedrooms are all freshly renovated preserving the original layout and detailing of the mansion. The rooms feature hardwood floors, oriental carpets, rich fabrics, historic colors, turn of the century decor and original period art. Each has king or queen sized beds dressed in fine linens and private baths with spa inspired amenities. All bathrooms have large windows, heated marble mosaic floors, subway/marble/glass tiles, and polished nickel fixtures reflecting the period.

Summer Special
July 1 - September 30 stay two nights midweek, Monday-Thursday, receive a $50 Gas Card. Holidays excluded.

Stays of four nights or more receive a 10% discount. Same Day Reservation (after 2pm) 10% discount.

Only one discount per visit. We will gladly honor the highest reduction for you.

Some holiday weekends require a 2 night minimum, but please check for one nighters they are often available.


There is a three night minimum stay for Cornell University's graduation. We only take bookings two years in advance, and in fairness to our loyal Cornell family members previous guests to Juniper Hill may book their graduation stay starting April 15th for 2009 and 2010 graduation, all other inquiries start May 1st.

High Season: May 1 - November 1
Low Season: November 2 - April 30
Weekday holidays are at weekend prices.
$30 charge per extra person, per night.

A credit card or cash/check deposit is required to reserve a room. Prepayment of 50% of total or cost of one night's stay, whichever is greater, will confirm your reservation. If reserving less then two weeks before arrival full payment is required. Full payment is also required 60 days before Cornell and Ithaca graduation weekends. Otherwise your reservation balance is collected upon arrival and check-in.

Juniper Hill gift certificates, now available, in any denomination.
No expiration dates, and if you give one for a specific room and its price, (plus taxes) no matter how much the room rate should ever go up, the certificate will always completely pay for the room. Mailed to you or directly to the recipient, with your personal wishes.
